Complaints Procedure

At Jenhams Clinic, we aim to provide an excellent service to all users. In the event however if a  client feels that the care did not meet their expections the Registered Manager will try their best to resolve the situation to the clients satisfaction.

Complaints can be made verbally or written. Complaints procedure will be followed up at all times and an initial response is provided within 48 hours.
